Elegant western decor complements an open floor plan anchored by a large wood-burning fireplace and spacious living area. Three bedrooms can comfortably sleep 6, with queen beds in two bedrooms and one set of bunk beds in a third bedroom. The back patio and cozy outdoor seating areas are the perfect place to relax, enjoy a cocktail and listen to Cochetopa Creek after a day of adventure. Large spruce, pine and aspen trees cover the 27-acre parcel, where wildlife are often seen just past the patio windows. There is also a gourmet kitchen, a private hot tub and cozy nooks to relax.
