Hello, I’m Terry, owner/manager of Pinon Vacation Rentals and Broker Associate with Pinon Real Estate Group. Savannah, Kassi, Amanda, Annie and I are excited to help you have a fun, memorable time in Salida!

I moved to Salida in 2010 from Oklahoma City, where I was a top-selling Realtor for 10 years. After traveling the country with our two girls, my husband and I decided that the mountains and the charm of Salida were what we needed. I was fortunate enough to be asked to join the highly regarded team at Pinon Real Estate and then was lucky enough to purchase Pinon Vacation Rentals in 2020.
