Welcome to “The Downtowner” - a gorgeous, turn-of-the-century loft located in the heart of downtown Salida! Just outside your door you will find Historic Downtown Salida. Shop the many clothing boutiques and antique stores, dine in our amazing local restaurants, try one of the many coffee shops or breweries and take a peaceful stroll along the Arkansas River. Enjoy all that Salida has to offer while staying in this charming downtown loft.

With enough space to sleep 4 guests, this 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo features hardwood floors, 12’ ceilings, exposed brick walls, a gourmet kitchen, and much more. Located on First Street, this loft is the perfect destination to enjoy the best that Salida has to offer!

~Hot springs, fishing, whitewater rafting, skiing, biking, and hiking are only minutes away! 
~Please note, as is typical in downtown Salida, this unit does not offer a private parking space.

•Unbeatable Location & Outdoor Access 
•Steps to the Arkansas River: Only 2 blocks to the riverfront for fly-fishing, kayaking, or a scenic stroll through Riverside Park. 
•Trailhead at Your Door: Head straight from your front door to the "S" Mountain Frontside trails for hiking or mountain biking with 360-degree mountain views.
•Heart of Downtown: Leave the car behind. You are just steps away from Salida's restaurants, artisan galleries, and local breweries. 

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand and dish soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry detergent. Bring your own toiletries.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm. 

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions" 

~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. Three days prior to arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest via email.

 **This home is rented for personal vacation use only.  Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, pets,  use of firearms, driving ATV’s other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved over-occupancy or pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

 Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 days out will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.**
