The master bedroom suite is a stargazer's dream come true - king bed, telescope, reading nook, and a huge bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower.

**There is no outdoor burning allowed on the property.
All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap.
Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.
All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.
~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest.

Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV’s other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.
Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.
