One of the many standout features of this exceptional home is the mile-long private mountain biking and hiking trail that runs through the property providing direct access to the stunning natural beauty of the area. This Cabin is the perfect place to unwind after a long day on the slopes or tackling the Arkansas River - Just a short 15 min drive to Salida or Monarch Mountain.
**There is a Stage 2 Fire Ban for all of July. During this time, charcoal grills, campfires, fire pits, and all other open flames outdoors are strictly prohibited.**
What You'll Love:
All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand and dish soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry detergent.
Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.
All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.
