Settle in for panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains, river valley and gorgeous blue sky. By the end of your stay, see how many of our valley’s 14,000-foot mountain peaks you can identify. Watching wildlife from the deck is sure to entertain. This log home is convenient to Hwy 285 and Hwy 50 for finding off-roading or hot springs locations and just 10 minutes into the Heart of the Rockies: charming, historic downtown Salida. Monarch Mountain and its world-class skiing, mountain biking and hiking can be found just 15 minutes to the West.

~ Smart TV's in Master Bedroom, Downstairs Living Area and the front bedroom
~ Living areas on main & lower levels with TV's and gas fireplaces; great for large groups.
~ The main level features large open living space with lots of light, views and two decks.
~ Main level master suite w/ Queen and private deck. 2nd BR Queen, 3rd BR Full bed.
~ Lower level offers sleeping for 4 on two Queen sofa beds, a full bath and a 4th BR with Queen bed and a double sofa sleeper. There are additional blow up mattresses.
~ Other amenities include charcoal grill, VCR and jacuzzi tub in master bath. There is a phone for local calls
~Please note, this home does not have air conditioning.
All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap.
Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.
All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.
~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest.
**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV’s other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.
Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.
